not really. if it was something that was really popular for a while you can go back in the archives to the approximate time it reached its peak but there's no advanced search like that

Dancing_clown is working on a FS masterlist, but that's only for 2007 and early 2008 so far, as it is a massive amount of work.

Go to Google, type

Fandomname site:fandomsecrets.dreamwidth.org

That will search for that term in this site. Far from perfect - - it will snag comments, not just secrets - - but it can get you started.
