Ahhh, yeah, same, I stick to just the original game, haha. But with Seph/Aeris, I remember a frustrating trend of the fic being Aeris ~humanizing~ Seph, making it all fluffy, and I was like...no! I want super fucked-up ragefucking that explores how he probably knows that he (and Jenova) aren't actually Cetra while she has the gall to be a 'half-breed' and be unashamed of that fact and hngh. I never found anything like that.

Agreed! A fucked up Sephiroth who hates that he isn't actually a Cetra and so has to prove that he and Jenova are in fact superior. agh now I crave this so badly.
