I like how you're making this about ~tomboy representation~ and not, you know, the fact that virtually all female characters (who are young and not comic reliefs) must be conventionally attractive and wearing lots of makeup. There is nothing whatsoever groundbreaking about a pretty blond girl with perfect hair and makeup. Not even the fact that she's a "tomboy", because tomboys who don't actually care about their appearance virtually do not exist in media.
