Yeah, I found a discussion thread on some site not too long ago regarding his relationships with the young girls in the casts of his shows, including photos where actresses like Erin Sanders clearly looks stoned out of her mind, not any older than 14.

...I really wish I hadn't found that thread/seen those photos. They made me very uncomfortable, for obvious reasons.
