How dare secret!OP have a realization that this shit is super stereotypical! Lets dogpile on them even though they haven't made any mention of judging people for liking it, only that they've finally realized that a fandom made up of mostly 14-25 year old cis girls can be really one-dimensional when dealing with trans issues! :O Imagine that!

dayum peeps can y'all chill out? why is everyone so oversensitive about this? the secret isn't even that bad, it's not like it's condemning it, they're just saying they've clued in on the common threads, which yeah, if you're not reading trans porn every other day i can see where it would take a little while to come to that realization. i have to admit though i had a funny image of everyone in this thread who is over-dramatically pissed off in this thread just hoarding massive amounts of trans male porn in their arms while trying to type a rebuttal. (yeah going to admit anybody i see getting overly passionate about this subject i assume they're either a trans person themselves or a cis person who is particularly turned on by trans porn and feeling the need to defend a position that no one is actually attacking that i've seen so far.)

truthfully i think people are pissed off because the secret hit on a very true, very sore spot in fandom. i've read some trans fics before and it is all very...hmm...one note? (trying to avoid the use of the word 'stereotypical' here and kinda failing lol.) there already seems to be a decent subgroup of anons on here who have mentioned enjoying trans male porn/stories/etc, so i think op accidentally poked a hornet's nest.
