I'm going to visit my grandmother (the paternal one). She recently turned 89.

I also need to start looking for my old CVs as I got laid off from work. I still have work until june 19, but I'm getting help from a job coach dude on tuesday and need my papers in order til then.

I'm in two minds about the job stuff. It'd probably be a good thing to get something else and that job coach is going to help me get onto a course for a forklift cert. On the other hand I could be first in line when/if they take workers back and anull termination of employment.

Eh, if they are willing to lay you off now there is no telling if they will do it in the future. Best to find a job that doesn't have a history of laying you off.
