F!S Anon Meme (the ??th!)

Secrets, rants, opinions, anything you want to say about your fandom or a fandom or fandom in general, do it here! Anonymously, of course. Get it all off your chest.

Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

That's about it, though!

I'll be linking some general/general-fandom threads I see so people don't repost new threads with the same stuff. If you want me to link your thread up here, drop a link in the first comment!

How many times have you complained that you never see a fandom you're interested in, without starting a thread about any yourself?

A few times. But then to be fair, when I posted secrets of those fandoms or tried to post anything in GC there was very little reaction.

I've done lots of "Fandom Talk" threads. Under that, I'll start multiple threads for discussion and might get one bite and it's never a real conversation. I even try to start threads for the big fandoms that I do know but it just seems like people aren't really in the mood to discuss. I've tried leaving things open-ended and I've tried giving conversation starters. I try to start the threads as early as the post opens so there's people to see and respond. It seems like the threads about gender or things you wouldn't admit unanon and so on are what people like to talk about. I have yet to find that magic formula to get a conversation started.

I've had one gloriously sustained conversation about a fandom on FS and I would love to have something like that again. I don't have anything in particular that I need to discuss; I'm game to talk about what others want to talk about if I know the fandom. I'm willing to explain my obscure fandoms (I'd love questions!) and I've checked out some fandoms in the hopes of being able to discuss them but I seem to miss the bandwagon and people are done talking. I feel like I do put forth a lot of effort for little feedback.

Never. If I wanted to talk about a certain fandom, I'd go to FFA. There's a bigger userbase there and unless it's a really obscure series I can always find someone to talk about it.

I've talked enough about my obscure fandoms without getting any response, so if I complain about that once in a while I don't feel bad. I've even made secrets, but people still cry about fandomsecrets dying and not enough "new blood". Eh.

I have so many secrets about my fandom I could make. But everyone would know it's already me.
