Secrets, rants, opinions, anything you want to say about your fandom or a fandom or fandom in general, do it here! Anonymously, of course. Get it all off your chest.

Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

I write, and I feel like we talk about writing all the time.

The thing for me is that a lot of those threads don't generate discussion. Or, they're about what we're working on but not about the art of writing. There have been a few, yes, but I'm always up for more. I love talking about the choices we make while writing and picking apart famous author's ticks and reveling in word choice and character voice and all of it.

Ohh I see. Yeah I get that. I remember someone started a writing comm for f!sers some time ago but it soon fizzled away in activity. I never really posted there myself. I always wanted to post things like 'Do you guys have any ideas for fun, new interpretations of coffee shop AUs' and stuff, but people mostly talked about struggling with publishing, or their own progress, hardly anyone shared their work, and I didn't feel like the things I wanted to talk about would be interesting to them.

I'd participate in threads like you mentioned if you posted them though. I'm only around on weekends, but I think it'd be really interesting to talk about stuff like that.

You should totally post stuff like that! I love brainstorming stuff like that, although I can't always think of posts like that without prompting. I'm around most days, though sometimes my hours are off-peak to the comm's.
