Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

Sometimes I want people to respond more. So many threads end up being reply chain without much discussion involved. There'll be maybe one or two that generate subthreads, but mostly it's a bunch of people talking to a wall.

Agreed. I've stopped commenting as much, because it tends to be just a bunch of single comments rather than actual discussion. And I don't like talking into a void.

AYRT - It's sad. I think sometimes the problem is timing - if you post a thread when there's some sort of troll wank going on or when there's a porn thread, forget it. (Everyone loves the porn threads.) But still...
