Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

My fandom rant is, I haven't had a fandom since LJ. I don't know how to use Tumblr - every time I take a look, it looks like it's just... people posting pictures, and there's no comment interaction? People just like it or reblog it whatever? How is that a fandom? Please be a thing again, blogging fandoms! Or maybe I need to try a massive forum like Reddit, idk, but I get confused about that too (the one time I tried, it didn't let me post more than one comment every like... hour? idk)

When you're a new user on Reddit there's a cool-down time you have to wait between posting more comments. Once your account is a few weeks/months old (not sure the exact time), you can post at will. I believe it is a measure to prevent spam.
