I really get off to spanking. In RL I prefer to be the one doing it (I'm a girl), but I'm equal opportunity when I'm reading or watching videos (to begin with, finding good quality M/M or M/f is just so much *easier* than finding good quality anything else so I end up imagining I'm the male dom a lot). I'm also a pretty feminist person who is vocal about fandom's need for more femdom.

And I read tons of original work on the uh subject. But when I read fanfiction, I only want to read discipline/impact play/pain play for a handful of pairings and only in fandoms I'm already into. Specifically, the same specific group of characters over and over. And I have a preference for who doms and who subs that just won't budge. It doesn't matter how many times people complain about how having a preference in M/M is lowkey sexist, or that it's boring, I want what I want.

I want A spanking or whipping either B or C, or C spanking or whipping B or A (but mostly B). I don't want B spanking or whipping A or C. It's actually a turnoff to hear that mentioned. This is almost all I ever want when I say I want discipline/impact play fic. And while I'm happy with a two sentence mention of ass slapping, and with cute cuddling and gentledom, I also really *love* super intense scenes where my fetish is the main entree, not an appetizer or dessert. Humiliation, crying and manhandling before the cuddling, dom doesn't check in every three seconds to make sure sub is okay. People seem so nervous and uncomfortable with that, though.

The worst part is that I really secretly love it when the characters in my fav pairing have a totally politically incorrect, "old fashioned" attitude toward all of that. Like some day I'm going to snap and write a Man of the House/Naughty Wife roleplay scene and burn every bridge I have left.
