Inception, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Force Awakens (er, the first 'real' one? The "I'm no one" one), Civil War, Watchmen was great, and of course The Lord of the Rings had some brilliant trailers.

Terminator 2 was the best trailer. You went in knowing exactly what you were getting. I could not ask for more than that.

the new Cloverfield trailer is GENIUS. I had no idea that movie was a thing and they made me completely sit up and take notice.
