Our mall is small so there's not a lot of stuff. It's turned into almost all clothing/jewelry stores. I miss having a Gamestop and I think FYE was in there 10+ years ago? I go maybe 2-4 times a year now.

Last time I went, it was to pick up non-skid work shoes from Payless. I also like Bath and Body Works, Hot Topic, Spencer's, and JC Penny. There's nothing interesting in the food court anymore, but there's Hu Hot and Carlos O'Kelly's attached to the mall.

I worked at a Sbarro for 4 years. They shut us down with 0 notice in 2013 (they shut down a TON of stores at once). By then I was burnt out of the whole mall.

But every once in awhile, I just want a slice of cheese pizza and some pasta sauce for dipping, and our closest one I think 3 hours away now. No pizza place in town can replicate their taste. You win this time, fuckers. *shakes fist*

When I was growing up my mom used to not let us go in Spencer's saying it was inappropriate.

When I got old enough to browse malls on my own that and Hot Topic were the first places I checked out. Spencers has some nice belts. They also had a Lisa Frank hat once. Man I wished I had picked that up.

They've got some risque stuff there, but there's also some fandom stuff that makes it worth browsing. Also, some cool lamps and blacklights!

Last time I went to Spencers, I got a sweet The Little Mermaid wallet. It looks fancy enough that I don't feel like I'm 12 every time I pull it out.
