Re: action/thriller movies

I have an unholy love for Red and Red 2. Partly for Bruce Willis, partly for Helen Mirrin making me question my sexuality every time she's on screen.

White House Down is surprisingly fun! It's a pretty stupid action film but I love the characters and there is a plucky kid who is basically Hermione Granger if she were an American girl obsessed with political science.

I only saw The Fugitive with HArrison Ford once and couldn't do it again because it made me SO TENSE, like it was really amazing at that 'thriller' aspect.

Minority Report is a sometimes-overlooked sci-fi thriller with Stephen Speilberg's 'serious business' fingers all over it. Amazingly paced/acted/shot with a marvelous build-up of tension.
