Considering you want real people raped, I'd say you're the fuck-up. And no, rape isn't my kink, I just think you're fucked in the head for wanting harm to come to real people. You're the one who needs a shrink.

Not saying I want it to happen just for the lulz. Hell, I don't even wish it truthfully (I said that more as a joke) on people. I just think that if they were raped, they would have a whole different perspective on it and be thoroughly ashamed and disturbed by what they've written; they wouldn't want to touch that shit with a 10-foot pole.

Rape is a traumatic experience that is about violence and control, not sex. Granted, it's a form of sadism, which means the offender gets off on said violence and control, but still. I've personally never been raped, but a girl I went to school with got raped when she was fourteen. A little over three years later, we all thought she was finally pulling through and moving on with her life...but then she killed herself. What really fucking sucked is that although I didn't know her personally, she was one of the smartest people in the school, and she was going to be our class speaker for graduation. So yeah, I still take that kind of thing seriously, because it makes me think of the kinds of things that girl must have been thinking, all the shit she had to live with, how she couldn't get her life back no matter how hard she must have tried. You'll probably think it sounds lol cliche, but it happened, and that's the result of the trauma rape causes. It's not by any means hot or sexy.

Fangirls just don't seem to fucking understand this. Nope, it's all about having material to pleasure themselves to. I can see using it as a plot device, but when it's just because "OMG ITD BE SO HAWT UNF UNF UNF!1" ... that's when it's fucking ridiculous.

You're assuming that no writers or readers of rape fic have ever experienced it? Congratulations, you lose. It's already been said over and over and I'm beating the horse's skeleton here, but sometimes writing about it can help a survivor deal with it. And just because I personally don't share the reading kink does not mean I'm in any position to judge those who do.

You know what other book I like? To Kill a Mockingbird, which *gasps in horror* includes RAPE!

So since several people here (including the secret maker) thinks that 'fiction = reality', that means not only do I want to kill my father and fuck my mother but also that I'm a rapist and a racist! (and apparently a lesbian since I'm female).

My all-time favorite books were written by Dr. Seuss. I shudder to think what that makes me. Especially considering I do not drop acid on a weekly basis, or at all, for that matter. (Ok I do admit one time I did try to color my eggs and ham green. But I had an excuse: I was 8, and I thought food coloring was supposed to add spice.)

Even as a joke that's a very fucked up thing to say. Wishing rape upon anyone is not cool. I really don't care if fanbrats are driving you insane with their rape fantasies. Ignore them. You'll find it's quite easy to ignore things you don't like in fandom if you try.
