yeah i wish people would post to Ao3 too. It's way easier to find fics that way. I also hate reading on people's blogs, you've got distracting backgrounds, music, weird tiny fonts, and it's hard to find the next chapter or other work they did.

I post to AO3 as well, but people read on different platforms. Wide audience.

All of this. I only read fic from Tumblr if they link to AO3 posts, because 99 percent of Tumblr fonts and colors make it impossible for me to read anything but a couple sentences.
