This secret and this thread are making me sad. Mad Men was a wonderful show and I miss it deeply. The clothes weren't always great but they are accurate. For the most part, the suits were sharp. And Joan made me feel things I rarely feel for women. I have a permanent crush on both Christina Hendricks and Jon Hamm.

Thirded. Betty is an avatar for my beloved mother--j'adore that character, and I like imagining my mom living that life in those times. I love this show so much.
