I'm hyped but I need there to actually be a decent amount of new pokemon this gen, not 50-75 "new" ones with too many of them being boring ass fucking legendaries

Is it even for sure a new game gen? I heard it could refer to something else, including the TCG. I'll wait for the official announcement.

I'll hold my hype until we get an actual announcement that they're talking about games, not the TCG or something else, then I'll let my hype happen.

I think I'm hyped about it because if it IS gen 7, it might mean we don't get another game set in Kalos.

I did NOT enjoy XY and was not prepared to consider buying a Z version, so if we skip that nonsense and go straight to a new gen, I don't have to try and justify why I didn't want to play in Kalos again to XY-loving friends.
