The cat is a great conversationalist. He tells me when he wants food (constantly) and I tell him he can't have food yet.

He also tells me if there is another cat or a bird outside, and growls if he hears someone coming up the steps.

You have a guard cat? If someone broke in, would he attack?

My dog opened the shower door yesterday. He didn't want to be inside, he just wanted to lay in the doorway and watch me shower, like he had been before the screen fogged up and he lost sight of me.

Pets are weird.

Pretty sure our pets share a psychic link, because my cat will come into the bathroom to sit on the edge of the tub directly between the shower liner and the curtain whenever I'm in the shower.

He doesn't play with the curtain or anything, he just needs to be there for some reason. I found it rather disconcerting the first time I pulled back the curtain to surprise!tubcat, though.
