Only probably?

I am very stressed about it. But I am a very stressed person. First vacation that isn't just visiting home. Biggest city I've ever been in. First time riding public transit. Other travel fears that haunt my nightmares.

I got super stressed before my trip to Europe. Like. No sleep the night before. WHAT HAVE I DONE?!?!? That panic.
I also packed like I was going to an apocalypse, not a modern country. Stress does that to me. I was a boy scout.

Then I got there and it was just really nice and everything was a novelty and I like hotel rooms and walking around looking at things.
At least you know you can speak the language and read the street signs?

Trains and buses tip: act like you have no interest in interacting with other people and you will fit right in.

Plus, you can go to the Washington Monument and pretend to be Steve Rogers. You know you want to.

I am hoping that when I get on the airplane my stress will sort of disappear. My sister is worried because she had a name change so her ticket and ID don't match. But she has the court documents for it AND her old ID so she should hopefully be fine.

You can always double check with the airline or maybe notify them beforehand? It's probably something they deal with all the time.
