How do you not understand that Lolita is narrated by a sexual predator and that any sign or reference to Lolita being sexually attracted to him in return has to be taken with a whole salt mine?

Not OP but where did they even say that Lolita was supposed to be mutual? Maybe read again?

Based on the script image, I thought that the OP's phrase "underage attraction" in the bonus secret meant Lolita being attracted to Humbert.

NAYRT

I think they're just using the term "underage attraction" as in Lolita is one of the few pieces of media that deals with a man being attracted to an underage person, i.e. "underage attraction". Not to veer too wildly off the subject here but I'm a trans woman, and we often get guys who chase us because they have, in their words, a "trans attraction". I assume it's being used linguistically the same way here.

My thoughts exactly.

I thought Lolita was an excellent novel, myself, but a big part of what was so good about it was that it basically shows you the same events from two standpoints at once. There's Humbert Humbert's POV, which is subtly pathological and deeply unreliable. But the narrative also gives you enough information to construct a separate and more objective understanding of what's happening.
