The best way to communicate these qualities is to be specific and give concrete examples. The downside of this is of course not rambling on too long, so I'd say write detailed specific examples of things you've done that show you're qualified, and then edit what you've written to pare it down to not go on too long.

^This

Write three to four sentences, no more. Be specific about a time you (fill in the blank). Double check it before sending it in.

Without seeing the form/application, knowing your company, or anything else about the situation, it's hard to give advice.

I know :(

But I don't want people here to google the job or for the job be able to stumble across an FS thread so everything is kept super vague.

One criteria down, some 6 or 7 to go!

Good point.

You can do it! The night is young, and you have the weekend to get it done!

3 down 3 to go! If I get all 6 done tonight I can buy a new computer game. Cover Letter for tomorrow!

Even if I don't get the job, it is good practice. I hope I do though. It takes some specialist tech skills I have and uses them. They're going to waste right now.

Imagine all of FS cheering you on.

Thank you! 4 down, 2 to go.

It is getting easier to think of examples, especially when I realised I have the perfect example for the company goal awareness. (I helped write one of our guiding documents).

I think that if you help write a major document you can count on at least getting an interview.

I'm still rooting for you.
