I think what bugs me most about your blatant fetishization is that that comic is autobiographical. This isn't 'oh I wanna read this fictional character as crossdressing because I don't believe in trans people and that's my kink.' This is 'I want to deny this REAL PERSON'S identity because I don't care about them and it's my kink.'

Yep. And it's one thing to say 'I prefer to read trans people as crossdressers because I like it more' And another to say 'I literally can't see trans people as trans people so I read it in the way that is more sexually appealing to me.'
