I argee that this figure looks really odd. Her hands and arms are also tiny like her head it just looks like the didn't have enough money to design a face and arms.

idk her face is still super slim. It would be cuter if she had chubby cheeks imo.

Really? I think her face is pretty chubby. It's notably rounder than her slimmer friend Sonico's. She doesn't have a double chin or anything but that's true of a lot of chubby girls. Most people don't gain weight evenly throughout their body.

Google "Super Taruko". She's friends with Sonico and Pochaco and definitely has a chubby face.

See, I do like her body for the most part, but the face is still too slim for my tastes. The arms don't quite work either. The second figure is really cute, but then I look at her face and I find it jarring.

That's true, I just noticed her head first, and even though her arms do look rather thin, that's the bigger issue for me.

Everything else looks good.
