I picked this picture because it had a decent base to type words around, but yeah Doll Chateau is one of those companies where you either love it or you hate it. I've seem some incredibly gorgeous designs done where they intentionally play up the alien/strange aspects of the bodies (there is this dyed brown doll with gold tattoos all over her entire body like some African mythological princess, I wish I could find the pic again but it was in some closed Facebook group last I remember :/ ), but any time I see someone trying to pass off these weird alien bodies as like "regular people" dolls I just get so much instinctive cringe.
