I pay minimal attention to the champions. Who had the miltank? They're my fave.

Whitney (a gym leader) had a Miltank - dunno about a champion.

I guess I'm mixing up champions and gym leaders? The roll out miltank was awesome.

If by "awesome" you mean "hella annoying" haha. Yeah, it was impressive. I'll give her that. I'd say Whitney is one of *the* most challenging gym leaders in Pokémon if you adjust for the levels of the leader and trainer at the time of the battle.
