I go braless as much as I can and benefit from it immensely. It's easier to breathe, and my breasts seem happier, like, not saggy, better able to support themselves.

I've gained a little weight recently and they've gotten bigger, but I still go without a bra 90% of the time and feel better for it. It's harder in summer, though, because you can't layer very well. So I pick my time and sometimes wear a bra.

I'm not sure exactly what size I am, but they used to be about a handful each (one slightly bigger than the other), but lately they're both a bit more than a handful for me.

I've made my peace with my breasts, although I really, really didn't like them when I was younger. I've decided they're for ME, not anybody else's appreciation or to stare at. And I like them fine when I think about them that way.
