I would not count one incident as abuse, no, especially since 1. JKR had a lot of exaggerated scenes like that that didn't reflect on the characters overall and 2. I generally see abuse as a pattern and not a single outburst.

as for the rest...I don't care if you don't ship it, don't care if you don't think they have anything in common, that is super besides the point. two people dating who have nothing in common is perhaps futile, but it is not fucked up.
