He may look deceptively healthy, but I'd bet good money his bowel movements are a nightmare and eventually, he'll pay for that diet.

It's possible. It pisses me off that he's a couple of years older than me and eats like shit and I'm the one with high cholestoral and pre-diabetes.

It'll come back to bite him on the ass. I'll grant you, some people are luckier than others. I have a friend who exercises regularly and eats a healthy diet but still has problems with high cholesterol. It runs in her family, unfortunately.

Or, shockingly, he might actually be healthy with no digestive or health issues whatsoever.

You're right, that's possible in the sense that it's possible I'll win the lottery. But it's highly unlikely, because a poor diet has lots of longterm impacts on your health that aren't always obvious to the casual observer.
