I'm guessing Doctor Who?

Huh. I haven't watched in a while, but I know the show has done that before. Sometimes The Doctor's companions will call him out (Donna, for example), but it's true that The Doctor is usually considered right, and his methods justified. (Was difficult for me not to capitalize that.)

For all the flaws of RTD-era Doctor Who, there were at least some instances when the Doctor was allowed to be wrong.

Moffat-ere Who is just completely up the Doctor's arse.

That was my guess, for the high horse fandom. The Doctor is fallible... but so often, the show seems to treat his failures as someone else's problem because The Doctor is great. Which is a shame, because I've considered myself a fan, at least in a casual sense, for a long time... but it's been a while since I've felt like actually watching the new episodes of the show. /shrug

... way too many shows could be the OPs fave, though... no idea which one is right.
