Oh. So ones that used to be Muslim are free to join the conversation?

i have yet to meet an ex-muslim atheist who says "religion" when they actually mean "islam".

in general, i've found that non-christian atheists are pretty good at keeping their criticisms of specific religions separate from their criticisms of religion as a whole, whereas christian atheists seem to be incapable of doing that. 99.9% of the time, when an ex-christian atheist starts talking about how horrible religion is, they're actually talking about shit that really only applies to christianity (and sometimes, in very rare cases, the other abrahamic religons too, but usually just christianity)

So basically you don't like the fact that they use the word "religion" when they mean "Christianity." Because I don't see any formerly Christian atheists, even the militant ones, telling Hindus or Buddhists that they're wrong and evil, and I doubt you do either. In other words, you are an angry pedant who should learn to chill and read words in context.
