The problem is not that she's drawn sexually. Her boobs look like they're melting off of her body.

I'm a lesbian too, btw. I have no beef with women being depicted as sexual. But it does bug me that depicting women in these sorts of contorted poses and freakish anatomy is considered normal and mainstream and isn't just something that shows up in niche pornography.

Lesbian here, too, and I disagree. I don't like big boobs but I'm totally into the "endless torso/waist" look and being able to have that is precisely the beautiful thing about drawn art. Anatomy is only one factor. Aesthetics and dynamics count for just as much, and sometimes bending anatomy for the sake of achieving a certain look is more than worth it.
I really hate anatomy-nazis.

Yeah, I think OP's heart is in the right place, but they're sort of missing the forest for the trees by singling out the most niche, fetish porn type of objectification. Which this clearly is, dear God, it's almost inflation porn-level. The most concerning thing about objectification of women is that a lot of the times it shows up in normal places and is treated as if it is normal in a way that simply doesn't happen to men. But it has the unfortunate effect of being the hardest to criticize, because to so many people (mostly men) sexualized is just the default way of viewing women as a whole.

Idk I kind of appreciate that at least these boobs look like they're being affected by gravity as opposed to the anti-gravity balloon boobs.

But yeah, I wish the fetish stuff stayed in fetish stuff.
