The best place for bubble tea around here opened about ...17 years ago? And it makes sweet/sour syrups (things like lemon, lime, lychee, strawberry, watermelon, guava etc.) as well as the creamy versions. You can make your own combinations, and it's completely awesome.

My go-to store is Gon-Cha, which has nice mild tea at half-sugar, and a lemon flavouring that seems to have small bits of lemon peel in it.
