Hmm. Probably the video of the guy who was anally masturbating with a glass bottle.

Spoilers: the bottle breaks and there's a good thirty second clip of him picking large shards of glass out of his anus.

I've seen a lot of shit on the internet. Suicide videos, people getting murdered, gore, weird porn, etc. This one probably takes it because it was unexpected.

With emergency medical help even remotely close by? Pretty unlikely. I remember there were a few comments that claimed he did, but I sincerely doubt they were true.

The more pressing issue would be making sure all of the glass was removed and hoping he didn't develop septicemia due to the perforation. That would be much, much more likely to kill him.
