I actually started watching with season 7 (with "How to Win Friends and Influence Monsters", which, considering how that ended, was technically not the best one to start with. But it was funny enough to charm me). Having watched the earlier seasons, now, I get that the Leviathans were relative pushovers in the physical sense, but I also still really enjoy their quite creepy assimilation attempts and their personalities. It was also a nice break from the "bigger/louder/darker" apocalypse scenarios.
