Well, normally I'd agree, I usually find long sex scenes boring. But in the case of Sense8, I can't, because for one, the show spent so much time on emotional development and developing relationships and "normal" life circumstances that felt even more thematically important than even the sci-fi stuff - which was more or less tacked on as an afterthought. For another, the sex scenes in question were queer as often as they weren't, and you rarely see long, loving, highly sensual gay sex scenes. Also, that orgy scene was probably the hottest thing I've seen outside of porn, so there's that, too.
