I think there's probably a reasonably strong argument to be made about academic underachievement specifically being a result of culture, but I haven't seen any compelling data that would indicate that blacks are more criminal than any group with a similar socioeconomic background.

maybe it was the whole historical oppression thing leading to limited opportunities and a never ending racial stigma justified by people like you parroting that black people are inherently criminal

I am an educator at a public college in GA and I got to agree. Sorry. When your whole entire culture is based on who you can kill/drug/rape, education isn't for you.
