Re: Batman V Superman

That's what makes it interesting though. Batman's brains vs. Superman's brawn. Personally (not attacking you), this argument drives me crazy because the two are pitted against each other in the comics, so you know there are ways Batman can get around Superman's greater strength/senses. It's always fascinating to see him get one over on Superman.

They're only very rarely pitted against each other though. In fact I can think of maybe three times it's happened. Two of those times, Superman was insane and so not really at his best, and the third was by Frank Miller so it's not at all canon.

Doesn't mean it hasn't happened and isn't interesting. Nor does being canon have anything to do with anything. If an Elsewhere takes on Batman vs Superman, then we've seen it in comics before. And Batman has taken on Superman-like characters, who he would also be expected to lose again if you're using the power argument above. I'm just saying, it's been explored in the comics.

Well, you have a valid point. I just choose to disregard anything Frank Miller ever did for DC beyond Year One.

Of the three times I mentioned, by the way, the beginning of the Endgame arc is by far the best example. But I'm a huge sucker for Snyder's batman run.
