imo it's the '100%' that makes it squicky

like you can say 'i'm basically a lesbian but there's some wiggle room here because humans and biology and gender are complicated' but if you're strident about genitals being the ONLY important criterion for lesbian attraction even if it does affect YOUR attraction is skeevy on multiple levels, pretty reductive of the other person and restrictive of acknowledging parts of yourself
