Re: LoTR and Middle Earth

All this LoTR talk is just making me really, really want to dig out my extended editions and watch them all over again...

But! One of the things I loved in the movies was the designs of the scenes, be it the buildings or the overall landscape. It's beautiful and I love it.

I love the outfits too, I'm not someone who's into dresses but the LoTR dresses? Man I'd wear them(if I didn't look completely strange in public like that, and if I could find them for sale in the first place).

The soundtrack is still probably my top soundtrack for a movie, I love all the themes and how they're used in the movies.

As for standard Middle-Earth I love the concept of the Valar and what they do, I can never remember all of them(and all their names) but I love reading about their domains(?) and what they do. Idk I just think the Valar are really cool and the whole Melkor fall from grace thing is really interesting to me as well.
