Totally agreed with this. Call me entitled if you like, but I'm rubbish at at envisioning my own ending/closure, so I really do hate it when I get invested and then a WIP is just abandoned.

That's not entitled though. That's just a preference. What's entitlement is when you make demands about what's allowed to be written based on them. That goes for any reading preference.
