It looks like a rape scene which is enough to trigger someone. A warning is definitely needed.

You've gotta be shitting me. And no, it doesn't look like a rape scene at all, but even if it did, are. you. fucking. kidding. me. The OP is not responsible for what your brain free-associates off to when you see a context-less picture of something entirely different. An actual rape scene is the only thing the OP would be responsible for warning for.
