This is why I wish we had specific terms for the kink, rather than using trans tags. Like futanari and chicks with dicks are separate from trans women. If a guy with a vagina to fuck and breasts to fondle is your thing, fine, but don't use the trans tag for your fetish porn. Then people who have the same kink can find it easier and people who are interested in trans male characters but not the kink can find fic through the trans tags. Everybody wins (except the people who want to legitimize their kink through SJ points).
