I'm still finishing Fire Emblem Fates (Conquest). I love Fire Emblem but it's one of those games, if I die a few times on a level I lose motivation and it's hard to get back into the saddle. Also, I keep forgetting to use the Battle Saves or whatever lol because my most recent Fire Emblem before this was one of the old ones, where you had to restart the whole level. And since I can never let any characters die... yep.

Is Conquest the new mode? I haven't played a Fire Emblem game since like ...FE3 lol. However, I feel your unmotivated feel. I definitely get that way when something gets frustrating, because I play games to relax or to hone hand-eye coordination, not to be irritated.

Fire Emblem Fates is actually two separate games: Birthright, and Conquest. They are the same for the first few chapters but then split and follow your character making a different critical plot choice. Conquest apparently was made to mimic more classic Fire Emblem gameplay, with no grinding opportunities and generally a harder difficulty, but Birthright lets you do unlimited bonus levels to level-up and such.

I've been struggling through Fates too (Birthright), and I feel you on the endless restarting. Also, I didn't know Battle Saves were a thing you could do until just now, so uh. Uuuuuhhhh that might have been helpful. And I'm still annoyed that I accidentally let someone die and didn't stop it because I thought it was a plotline thing. Nope. Totally avoidable. =___=

Have any favorite ships so far, btw?

I'm also playing Conquest right now. It takes me forever though because I have to get all the supports and level everyone up. Do you have the "Boo Camp" DLC? I was able to level everyone up to the point that they're overpowered already.

I just finished playing through Tales from the Borderlands, and I really liked it despite not being interested in the Borderlands franchise as a whole.

I bought The Division and I've been waiting on playing it so that I can play through it with my husband.
