Percherons are my favorite draft horse breed, hands down, so I must commend you on your good taste. If I could afford a second horse, though, I'd want either a small Tennessee Walker or a Paso Fino, or possibly a Rocky Mountain horse. Definitely something small and gaited, because I'm a disabled hobbit with chronic pain and even my horse Sharif's relatively smooth trot can be a bit painful for me sometimes. Ah, well. He's still my little princess and I wouldn't trade him for anything. ♥

Also, it'd be nice to have ferrets again. I love those bouncy little troublemakers.
