I have mild disagreements with some of the rest of what you've stated but +eleventybillion on your last paragraph. Especially when I've noticed the worst of these are the ones that, like me, are 1/8 or further back and didn't grow up on a rez. (Well. I sorta did. But that's a complicated story.)
