"What's that? A popular, engaging trans narrative? NOT GOOD ENOUGH! It's too much like too many of the other trans narratives out there!"

Do kids today just have no memory whatsoever? Is the world born anew for them with every dawn, fresh-created with no past?

Travel back in time even ten years, OP, find some trans people (you'll have to look, they're not all over tumblr in that dim, distant historical era) and make this complaint to them. They could use a laugh.

You sound really salty and buttmad for no reason.
Go take a nap and chillax.

mte. bless you.

Must EVERYONE do this silly fake quote thing these days?

OP, laughing at your ignorance

(Anonymous) 2016-03-17 02:31 am (UTC)(link)
Lmfao, first off I've been openly trans for over ten years now, my (also trans) girlfriend and I are in our early thirties, we both remember those "distant, dim" times. (Do you anon? Or are you cis and pitching a cissy--oops I meant "hissy" fit?) So "they could use a laugh"? We are "them" anon.

The point still stands. Kids (like you) these days, amirite?

Second, no, it's not "popular and engaging", it's literally trans 101 by rote, and it reads like a trans healthcare infographic prettied up with Japanese chibis.

Oh look a straight trans man with a straight trans girlfriend, you sound so trans 101 that there's probably a manga about you. Oh wait, there is and it was written about 20 years ago.

Are you so bitter because you're not edgy enough?
