Rick and Carl have a great relationship; wish we got to see more of it. (I love those little moments they have together, like the Michonne thing.)

And even though I don't watch it anymore, Sheriff Stilinski and Stiles were always so sweet.

There are others, but the ones that immediately come to mind aren't father/son, they're father/daughter (Joel and Ellie and Lee and Clementine. Okay, so, technically father FIGURE and daughter, but whatever.)
