Has anyone heard from philstar since the hater-anon from a couple days ago?

I hope it hasn't gotten to her.

I really hate those people. They're crawling all over this comm. Some of them are trolls and some of them are just assholes with a beef who need their hatred to be heard.

What is the point of smugly informing someone you can't stand them and want them to shut up? It's all about them, they don't care about anyone else.

Maybe the trolls just want less people to be users and are trying to make people afraid to get accounts.

I commented below too... this particular anon apologized, though it wasn't much of an apology. But they tried, and in this instance I got the impression they'd been frustrated with things on FS in general. Not that it excuses what was said - I think they need to take a break and cool off, rather than take it out on philstar22.

Yep. I can't believe I used to suffer the delusion that this was a nice place. Even with other anons, it's like people are just waiting for an excuse to be as awful as possible.

The anon did apologize, but who knows if Philstar22 saw. Even if she did, at least one other troll has big an epic asshole to her. :( Maybe it's all the same troll?

You know I wouldn't be surprised if one or a group of trolls are making a big game of harassing the users on this site. They seem to have a somewhat similar MO but different rationales. It's often the same "Ugh this user is so annoying/pretentious/egotistical/fillintheblankhere, I can't stand them! I wish they'd shut up and go away"

Sometimes they follow the user around and sometimes they just bitch and moan about them in a passive aggressive way.

Pfft, she's pretty inoffensive and friendly. I hope she wasn't hurt too much and that she just needs a few days of quiet before she returns.

Hi. I may have missed the hater anon? I've been around, but I've been busy working on writing fics and running a fandom fest, and plus we have company at the moment.

NAYRT, but I did comment and... wow. That was counterproductive of us. :/ I'm sorry. Don't bother with the hater anon.

Ngl, the fact that there are anons concerned about some hater having run you off while you just completely missed it is kinda hilarious.

And don't worry, it doesn't seem to be a dedicated hater anon. It was one comment that case took care of and the anon who made it apologised in the same post admitting that it was wrong of them to go after you. Definitely shitty that they posted in the first place, but it's not some stalker anon with a hate boner a la dethtoll.

She's been commenting like normal. Not sure where this comes from, lots of named users have had hater-anons and the one from the days before yesterday neither seemed as awful (they apologized right after) as, says, jaybie's hater-anon nor did it seem as though philstar was particularily bothered.

Maybe the OP is the hater anon feeling guilty.

The apology did seem genuine, so it could be.
