I'm not even getting into the "was James still a bully/bad person/etc." argument.

It's just weird to me that people wouldn't think pantsing someone is sexual assault

It IS weird that people think pantsing is sexual assault. We've gotten into this weird-ass world where anything that *could* be sexual is absolutely sexual. It's absurd and cheapens actual sexual assault.

What James did was wrong, mean, and bullying. Was it sexual. NO.

Something doesn't have to have sexual intent to be sexual in nature. If someone pantsed me I would feel sexually violated.
